Here at Grace Capital Church, we baptize in the same way Jesus Himself was baptized. We call it baptism by immersion, which means we immerse your body underwater and bring you back up.

When you made a decision to follow Jesus, you chose to die to your own desires and take on the desires of Jesus and His Word.

This death to self is represented by going underwater during baptism, and coming up symbolizes your transformation into a new creation.
